I have been in a period of hibernation - scuttling through undergrowth and moving with shadows. I have hidden myself away, not wanting to disturb or upset others. When a life changing event occurs - it can be eclipsing, it can be enlightening or.....it can be a period of retrospect. I tried to hide, but some could see me - they could see that I was still there. It has been these people that have held the torch steady for me, they have shone the light down the track I should be following..rather than one step forwards and two back, from left to right and then around in circles in the dark.I thought my heavy tears were concealed - but you do not have to shed tears when you are crying - the sound of your heart can be heard. Those who love you, are always there.

The breeze is tickling my nose - it is tempting me to breath it right in, right in to my very soul ..... to the core of who I am and what I can do. The scent of freedom is luring me out of my cave of solitude...aaahhhh, that warm and delicious smell of confidence and positivity is so magnetic. It offers the menu of life, it dances with choices that are light and distinctly radiant. My time of darkness is about to end. Hmmmmmm...I can smell my freedom!
